We got to go to youth group last night. It was a lot of fun. Usually we stay at the Klockes house but last night was the Christmas party so we got to go. We had a lot of fun and played some funny games. Here Alex, Justin and myself are eating the remnants of the snowmen that we built with marshmellows and candy and stuff. Alex won this game and got a cd.

His mouth is very full. Can you tell?

Justin could not hold his down and ended up losing it all to the trash can. YUCK!!

In this game they had to get the four candy canes out of the whipped cream.
You should have seen Shannon attack that whipped cream.

It paid off for her cuz she won. And the main thing is we got some great pictures of some messy faces.

Well we had a lot of fun with the Kids and I even got to play in the gift exchange it was cool. Four days till Christmas. Do you know what you are getting? Josh

Christmas shoping is done HOORAY

Today we finished all our Christmas shopping. We had a pretty good day. It started off by waking up to snow in Anderson. We looked outside and there were these beautiful snowflakes falling lazily out of the sky. It was so nice. Unfortunately it did not last very long before turning to rain. However I did hear from my Uncle Ben from Burney and he said it was snowing real hard up there and someone else told my Dad that they had about a foot already. The great thing about that is that means Shasta is getting lots of snow too and that means we can go snowboarding sooner:-) We went to the outlets and I picked out a present for my Aunt Emily whose name I drew for our family gift exchange, from there we went to Shopko. We arrived at Shopko at 11:40 and that meant we had about 20 minutes to get through the store and check out before the 6 hour sale ended at noon. So we rushed around and found the things that we needed along with half the city of Redding. Luckily they still gave you stuff for the cheap price at 12:15 cuz by the time we got through the lines it was later than noon. We got all the stuff we needed there and then headed back to the van. It was still trying to spit a little snow and was quite cold, so I was skipping along with my hands in the pockets of my sweatshirt when somehow I slipped on the wet muddy pavement and next thing you know my head was smacking into the pavement and I was lying on my face in the puddles. It hurt real bad. I cried of course and my Dad picked me up. He held me for a while and then I was ok. It hurt most of the day but not as bad once Dad took me to Coldstone for an Ice cream. Aren't these nice pictures of my goose egg?

Well we are off to the Tates Christmas party so see you all later and don't worry about my head it will go back to its normal shape just like it always has. Joshy

We promised pictures

This is our christmas tree decorating night. We had snacks and hot apple cider and listened to christmas music and then we watched ELF. It was a lot of fun. Zach and Brenda even came over to hang out.

This is the outside of our house. We have a lot of lights out there. I helped my Dad put them all up.
This is an angel if you can't tell and our star.

My Dad took all these pictures of Mt. Shasta on their way back from Oregon. He took them from all sides of the mountain. I think it is kind of cool to see the different sides all together like that. Which side is your favorite?

Sorry for the long absence of updates. Things have been very crazy around here. Nothing super special just lots of stuff going on. Our Mom and Dad had their 5th wedding anniversary. They say the time is flying by. Whatever that means. They went to Oregon for the weekend and that meant that Jayden and me got to go to BURNEY. I love going to Burney and playing with all my Uncles and Aunts. Mom and Dad got all their Christmas shopping done and we now have presents under our tree. Well sorry but that is all I have time for right now. I will try to post again soon, and with pictures. Goodnight, Joshy

CHRISTMAS TREES!!!!

My Dad is on the Anderson Fire Department and so he had to be at the Anderson christmas tree lighting. So my Mom brought me and my brother. We had hot chocolate and got to see Santa Claus.

I did not want to sit on Santa's lap that is why I am standing there facing him.

My brother got a stuffed animal and I got a ball and we both got candy canes.

Then yesterday we went and cut our christmas tree with my Aunts and Uncles and Grandparents. We had so much fun but it was kind of cold and windy. Buddy did not mind the cold he had fun running around with everyone.

This is me and Dad with the tree we were cutting down. Dad let me help with the saw. My Dad took me for a dire with him on my cousin Steves 4-wheeler. It was fun and we went fast.

Thanksgiving Turkey? Nope, PIG!!!!!!

Well the photo thing does not seem to be working so I guess I will just have to tell you guys about the fun times we had for Thanksgiving. All of my family went to my Great Uncle Dales house in Beiber. There was about 20 of us there this year which is kind of a small group. We don't eat turkey, our tradition is to have a huge bonfire in a pit in the back yard and then about midnight we put the pork and some beef brisket in the pit cover it with tin and bury it. It cooks all night long and then we dig it up around noon the next day, It is a lot of fun to hang out by the fire with my uncles and aunts and play games with them. We swung on the tire swing in the barn and watched movies and played lots of games. My Dad and some of the older guys and girls went and rode 4-wheelers and motorcycles, they said it was very cold but they had a great time. I ate lots of food and drank soda too. We have so much to be thankful for. God gives us more than we need. I thank him for all my family and my brother Jay. Well that is all for now there will be more soon. Joshy

November Weather??????????

The weather has been so nice here. It has been very Warm and SUNNY. It was so nice that we went out and washed our van. Not something you usually do in the middle of November.
Dad helped us make sure we got all the spots clean.
Jayden and me were soaking wet by the time we were done. But it was warm so it did not matter too much.
I think my brother was cleaner than the van. What do you think? At least he was having lots of fun.
I am making sure the windows are real good with no spots on them. Our Mom and Dad really appreciate all the help that we give them. And we always have fun when we are doing things with them. After the car wash we helped Dad rake up some leaves. It was funny cuz I was throwing leaves at Jayden and he was wet so everything was sticking to him.
We did not get very many leaves cleanrd up but we had fun throwing them everywhere. Sorry we have not posted in a long time but my Mom and Dad have been very busy and they would not let me post by myself:-}

MOHAWK MOHAWK MOHAWK

Can you believe that it was my Mom who did my hair like this and not my Dad? Usually my Dad does crazy things like this but he was at work and when we got out of the bath Mom decided to have fun with our hair.

I think I would make a great groupie for Thousand Foot Krutch.
Who happen to sing my favorite christian rock song, "RawkFist". When that song comes on I throw my fist up in the air and pump it with my Dad.

My brothers mohawk did not work out very good cuz his hair is a little to fine for the gel to hold it up. But he is a stud too anyway.

Ice Cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went out to ICE CREAM with Zach & Brenda at the old fashioned ice cream parlor in Anderson. It was a lot of fun. My brother Jayden ate a little bit of everybody's icecream. See his messy face?

My mom can't eat ice cream so she had a coffee. She is addicted to coffee. Zachary is teasing Jay with his icecream but he let him have quite a bit. Jayden and me are fighting over my cone. I won but I shared a lot of it with him. As you can see by the one picture Jayden got most of his Ice Cream all over his face.
Well we are supposed to be going to bed but now we are totally wound up and excited so we will probably not go to bed for a while. My Dad has to go to bed soon cuz he has to get up at 3:00 in the morning to go to work. Well I'm off to wrestle Zachary Bye Bye

Fun while it lasted

Well we had a game for a little while but then the game website went down so once again no more games. Oh well mostly my Dad played it not me.
Today is Awana. I think all of you know what Awana is but just in case I will tell you it is where a bunch of kids go hang out and play games and learn bible stories. I like going and learning things. This is the verse for this week. I have to say it to my teachers so that they will sign my book. I learn lots of verses at Cubbies.

This is me in my Cubbie vest with my book. Well I guess I better go eat dinner so I can go to Cubbies.

NEW GAME

Well we got a game but in the process we lost our title. HELP ZACH!!!!!!!!!!!

To the Movies

Yesterday My Mom and Dad took me to the movies. We left my little brother with Brenda and we went to see Chicken Little.
It was a pretty silly movie and they had a light bulb burn out on their projector and so we had to wait for about 20 minutes. We ate popcorn and drank soda. I had a lot of fun but I was worried about my brother. Mom & Dad said he was fine with Brenda but I am usually there to protect him and I thought he might get scared without me there. Brenda said he did great and did not really cry. He even fell asleep while she was on the computer. I guess thats to be expected since she was probablly updating her blog and we all know how boring her blog is:-) Just kidding Brenda, my Dad told me to write that. Well I had a great time hanging out with my Mom and Dad.

This is us in the tub!!!!!!!!!!!
We really like bath time. Mom likes it too except for the mess that we make. We like to splash and play with lots of toys. My brother Jayden is kind of chubby isn't he?
This is my Bucket that I used at Trunk or Treat
I got so much good candy I wish I could eat it all up but my Mom and Dad have me on rations and so I just get it once in a while. I guess the good thing is it will last longet that way:-)

This is a picture of the inside of my bucket it is still over half full of candy> Don't I have some good kinds? My Dad's favorite is Butterfinger, and mine is the sour gummi worms. I got a lot of those. Well if anyone wants to share some of this come on over and I will give you anything except the gummi worms.

Trunk or Treat

This is my Brother Josh and me right after Trunk or Treat. We had a lot of fun out at the church. The youth group had a game in the back of our van. they did bowling. It was cool and the kids really liked it.

Mom and Dad had basketball in the back of Dad's truck but mostly Dad and Justin Ran that one so that Mom could hang out with me. My brother played all the games and did really good i think Because he brought home so much candy. I think I will eat some of it if I can get it away from him.

Josh was a pirate and I was a Monkey. Do you like my Banana? My Mom thought I could use something healthy since I ate some candy and you know all monkeys like bananas. My Dad was going to be Tiger Woods but he painted himself all up and then decided that his blue eyes were just way to blue for a African American. It looked really funny I thought. So he decided to go as a baketball And he wore this basketball mask. It worked out ok since that was what his trunk game was.

Well it is way past my bed time so I better finish this post up. Josh or myself will post again soon, JAYDEN

Grandma and Dad's Birthdays

Today was my Dad's birthday He turned 26. We had a cake for him at the youth party. All the youth went to the corn maze tonight. They had a lot of fun getting lost in the corn. There was 25 students. They made a mess out of my play room, you'd think that high school kids would not find a lot to play with in a 4y/o and 16 month olds room but they did and they made a mess. They cleaned most of it up before they left though.

This is my Grandma at her 50th birthday party yesterday. Her birthday is the day before my Dad's. We had a surprise party for her and my Uncles Tim and Jon, and my Aunt Amy flew in just for her party. It was a great surprise but it made my Grandma cry.

Zachary and my Dad made a video of all these pictures of my Grandma's life and it was really cool. I like goign to Burney to see all my family up there. Tomorrow is Trunk or Treal and I am going to be a pirate, my Dad said he is going to be Tiger Woods, I will post some pictures if he pulls it off. Well until next time, Josh (the youngest blogger in the west)
